The key aspect for me is the location, 15 minute walk to Lima Convention Centre. The location is a nice quiet residential area, one block from major expressway . It is very quiet and relaxing. It is adjoining a children's playground, with a nearby convenience store and small store for coffee and pastries.

Nothing special, the included breakfast is decent enough. There is no iron, not even to borrow they make you go through an external iron/laundry service for a fee, and make sure your TV works with all 10 remote controls they give you 🙄. You also don't need an alarm, you will be woken up by the cleaning staff at 7am with their loud 2-way radios on full blast.
