You will find this cozy guest house very peaceful and refreshing - yet only 15-30 minutes away from most Lancaster County attractions. Family-friendly with toys for the children inside and a swing set outside.
Relax in the large claw-foot soaker tub.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, and fridge/freezer. Many pantry items and kitchenware are also provided, making this a home away from home.

The small creature comforts were appreciated...such as body lotion, dish soap, ice cube trays, extra blankets, blow dryer, dishwasher pods, etc...We appreciated the hosts courtesy and kindness and attentiveness to our needs. This cottage was a Godsend to us at just the right time. Our hosts were gracious and kind, going out of their way to find what we needed during our stay. The facility is as depicted on line-clean, neat, comforting in decor, and close to all one might need in the area. The playground was a bonus for our visiting grandchildren. A full blessing of joy.

Hidden Gem

This quaint little cottage is a hidden gem in Leola. The cottage is quiet, clean and well stocked. They also have a small store next door in case you need anything. The host family was exceptional and tended to all our needs. I highly recommend this property for a quiet family get away with your fur babies.

Im coming back

I can not say enough. The house was lovely, grounds so cute, and the hosts are a wonderful family. They have a small grocery store on the grounds with all the things you might forget if you even need it because the kitchen was well stocked. One of the daughters greeted us and was a joy. Iv stayed in a lot of vrbos and this one is hands down my favorit.

Weekend away for my husband’s birthday!

My husband and I have been at several rental properties and this one is one at the top of our list. Everything was so clean and as described on the listing. I did however miss the fact that there was no television but I had my iPad and speaker so we were able to stream some shows in the evening. Everyone we spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. It was also such a huge plus that we could bring our X-large dogs as it can be hard to find places that will accept them. We will definitely be referring friends and family

Very clean, pleasant, and well-supplied

This guest house was just right for our weekend stay near family in Lancaster. Super clean, plenty of supplies in the bathroom and kitchen, air mattress for our 4th person, and we were able to bring our dog with us, which was great. Good communication with host, too, so we had everything we needed.
