« We loved this cabin near Marion. It’s a short drive away from being right downtown so the location is great. We had some cold weather and it stayed very warm inside. There were meant great items supplied to make us feel right at home and we really enjoyed the rustic decor and quiet surroundings. Highly recommended! »

It had clearly been “spot” cleaned, but we found stained, dirty sheets, dishes with food still on them and dirty bathrooms. « Would definitely recommend. The Midge is a super cute cabin. It was very clean and the fire pit was a definite plus. With the porch lights off you can see a gazillion stars. No views like that in the city. The walking trails are great and go right by the river and its always fun to ride up to the dam where it feels like you're on top of the world. May stay here again on my next visit home. »

« Absolutely perfect stay, there is truly nothing about this property that could make it better. It feels like a home away from home. It’s well stoked and incredibly comfortable while also being a beautiful property. It’s super close to downtown which is great for the stay. The hot tub was a great amenity as well! The communication with the host was also above and beyond. Will be booking again! »

« Stay was peaceful. Front door could use blinds or curtains it was a little creepy at night. Hot tub had leaves and such it could have been cleaner. And firepit outside was not functional, out of propane or something and we didnt feel like dealing with it to ask about fixing it we just didnt spend as much time outdoors as we would have had it worked. Bed frame also moved a lot on the hardwoods very creaky. Needs a rug under it or more heavy frame. Overall good experience. »
