"Maybe just a tough weekend but the credit card machine and room charge feature weren't working at the bar. The front doors kept opening and closing noisily despite the fact that no one was around them. On the other hand, the bartender D always makes this stop my favorite stop of the trip and so I'll never pick a different hotel on my way out of Columbus! Not to mention, the location so close to the rental drop off and airport is too convenient to pass up and the shuttle service is great."

"Knowing it was a historic hotel we didn't expect perfection on appearance. We also knew the room would be small-neither of those were an issue.Staff was friendly and helpful. But a lumpy mattress, HVAC immediately outside our window running all night, no washclothes in bathroom, no answer at front desk, out of conditioner in the shower.. all things that should be available 24/7 made our 20th anniversary miserable"
