Lamont Vacation Packages

Staff & room were great!

Very nice updated rooms. Quiet and comfortable stay

Very welcoming, courteous staff. Limited covered parking, but there is public parking beside the building. If your breakfast is not incl - buy the voucher at the front desk for less. Regular options at the buffet Great cinnamon buns! I would have preferred eggs to order instead of the reg hotel scrambled egg.

The hot food was not in warmers that kept them warm, so the eggs were cold, as was the bacon and sausage. The bacon and sausage were put in a container and I think it might have been placed in hot water at one time but it was cold water when I got there at 6 am. Per Alberta Health codes, the hot food should have been in some type of warmers if it was to be hot food. For a Ramada chain, this would be a standard I would think, and it was not the case her. In my room, dust covered everything, even the nightstand and clock beside my face where I was sleeping. There were stains on the chair. Everything looked neat and tidy, and the towels were clean, but I feel for the price and the national chain brand, it was a poor reflection. The front desk apologized but when I showed them pics and told them to check the room, they simply said "sorry". Very polite but zero was rectified.
