"Due to circumstances beyond our control we were forced to cancel our reservation at the hotel, which we did by telephone four days before our expected arrival. When the hotel refused to refund our prepayment, we asked for a raincheck, which they didn't even answer."

"My husband and I stayed at 15 lakeside lodge in early July for 4 nights. The lodge was very clean. It had all the amenities that you need. Plenty of towels, extra bedding,well equipped kitchen.
