« We wanted a getaway with our grandchildren ages 5 and 13. Two energetic boys. The place was perfect. The small bedroom accomdated the boys giving them their own tv and space. The larger bedroom served as a gathering area with the couch to watch tv together. The deck off the large bedroom allowed us to enjoy our morning tea and evening the evening sunset. « This is the cutest and cleanest place we have rented. It has everything you need in the nicest neighborhood. It felt very safe. We walked around the lake close by and tried some of the restaurants the owner suggested. They were great!! After coming to Lakeland for years with our daughter for competitions, our only regret is not finding this gem sooner. You don’t be disappointed!! »

« I found that this property was unkempt. There were cob webs in the corners of the living room ceiling and the three bedrooms. The bathroom floor mates were filthy and nether of the shower heads worked properly. The bathtub was not suitable for my family nor myself to bath in. Moreover, the carpet was really dirty, with a nasty smell to it. My poor children could not play board games, lay down, or anything dealing with this carpet. Lastly, day to day resources like the closest doors in every room...
