Very clean and the property manager was very friendly and willing to accommodate an early check in. The room looks slightly bigger in the photos but it worked perfect for a long weekend get away. Would absolutely stay again!! The location was perfect. Walking distance to Lakeland staple Mister Fish, Moo Town Ice Cream, and the Peach House. Right next to the Library, a coffee shop, and the Polk Art Museum. Just a short drive to Walmart and Target. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. I will say the parking was a little confusing at first but nothing that couldn’t be solved in a few minutes!! Highly recommend. ##### Ava S. The area was very quiet and served our needs. I would, however, suggest some improvements. It would have been better if the owner were more proactive with his communication. Although he does respond quickly, it would have been helpful if he had given me the heads up. It would also be helpful if there were night stands on both sides of the bed, maybe a small dresser or some shelves so that you are not forced to live out of your suitcase. I would also add some shelves in the bathroom, there was so little room for our toiletries. Adding a path to the room and cutting back the plant in front of the window would really improve the area. With all this said, I would definitely recommend this place. I can tell that some thought went into the set up of this place and appreciated the small touches that made our stay comfortable. ##### Narda A.
