### Delightful 2 bdrm home in peaceful area w/parking

Charming, modern 2 bdrm home located in a new gated community. The area is quiet and safe and close to multiple shopping centers and restaurants. Being only 20 miles from dt Tampa it is convenient for trips into the city.   
The home is newly built and is delightfully furnished. It really gives you a at home feel. There is 2bdrm & 1 guest rm, the house can comfortably sleep 6/7 ppl. The master bdrm has an adj base tempur-pedic  
There is a full kitchen, dining area and 2 full bathrooms.
