"Good location. Having plenty of parking spots available was super helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. Grace was quick to respond and checked in regularly to make sure we were doing well. We would definitely stay here again."

"The location and common amenities for this property are great. However, the apartment itself was disappointing. The place is generally dirty, from the floors to the baseboards to the tub and cupboards. The tub is damaged and does not drain for several hours after showering. Many of the outlets do not work. The main burner on the stove does not heat up. There were no hand towels, dish towels, or dish cloths anywhere on the property. Beds were made with a fitted sheet but no top sheet. Laundry...

"The property was ideally located close to the beach. It was nicely renovated and had lots of amenities. My only criticism was having to pay for a washer and dryer. Everything else was fabulous!!"
