It is not a one bedroom, there are no bedrooms. This is a studio with a pullout sofa. This is not clear in the description and if you study the pictures there are varied pictures that led us to believe there was a bedroom and a living space with a murphy bed. Cleanliness was fair but it felt unclean because it was not well cared for with the little things like there were holes in the sheets and the bed blankets and stains on the bedding as well. They updated the bathroom, but nothing else is updated or cared for in my opinion. If you plan on spending little to no time in the house, it's a great location to start and end your day. I would not stay here if you plan to spend any time indoors at all. ##### Erin F.
