A stylish 1 bedroom apartment, with superb location just 300 metres from Lagos’ renowned focal square, “Praça Gil Eanes”, 450 metres from the bus station and 1 km from Batata Beach This newly modernised and very chic ground floor apartment, has been tastefully renovated and decorated. The owners have chosen high quality finishing’s and furnishings, giving the apartment a feeling of luxury. You will find all the modern comforts we come to expect from accommodation these days. A solid wooden front door leads directly into the lounge / dining kitchen with stained hard wood floors. The lounge facilities include MEO cable TV offering many channels in various languages, flat screen Smart TV, a Marshall Bluetooth music player, Wi-Fi, and air con. There is a dining table for 2 and a modern bright fully equipped white kitchen which has everything you will need including a combi oven / microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle Nespresso coffee machine. The bedroom has a standard sized double bed (160x200), wall mounted flexible reading lights and a safe located in the fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has walk-in combination rain dance plus hand held shower and superior quality finishing’s plus whilst underfloor heating ensures comfort even in the cooler months. All the windows are double-glazed and have shutters on the inside which can be closed easily. All bed linen and towels are supplied. For those driving by car, secure off-road parking can be found in the Frente Riberinha underground car park 450 metres away.If arriving by public transport - Bus or Train, it's just a 5 minute / 450-metre walk from the bus station, and a 10 minute / 1 km walk from the train station to the apartment Lagos is a vibrant, lively town with its myriad of winding streets and hidden gems.
