Emplacement formidable, design exceptionnel, par contre divan taché, problème pour avoir la télé, état des salles de bain: tiroirs et portes en mauvais état . Dans l’ensemble le positionnement l’emporte.

the place was very clean. We had a one bedroom suite. Little kitchenette with decent stove and dishwasher. Plates, glasses etc were fine. The issue we had was with our room keys. First, we were given our room key and when we tried to use it for parking, it didnt work so we had to go back to the front desk to get it fixed. Then we went to our room and the room key would not open the door. Each time they said 'it should work' and it didnt. So each time we had to go back to the front desk which was getting busier and busier and the front desk was understaffed. They said they would send a maintenance staff and no one arrived. We went back again and this time they sent the maintenance person. He was very apologetic and sincere and fixed the mechanism in about 15 minutes. It was very frustrating. A small gesture like 1 free night of parking or someother gesture would have been appropriate but none was made. We stayed 2 nights and our room was never cleaned. We did have the do not disturb tag on the door but removed it later in the morning. Room was not cleaned and we didnt bother asking as we didnt want more interuption. Overall, the room was nice but the place is little more than a place to sleep. Would not go back.
