Very nice hotel, nothing spectacular, but you get everything you need, parking for $20 a day, nice and clean room, bunch of towels and locker for your skis. It is ski in and out! My only issue is that the hotel parking is limited in height and my SUV with the roof box wouldn't fit. I had to park at the bottom of the village in the free parking lot 1.

One of the two elevators were broken (locals told me it had been broken for months) which made it impossible to transport your gear up and down. It took me 30 mins of waiting for an elevator to get my luggage up to our room upon arrival.

The room was very overpriced for what it was - an exceptionally dark cave room at ground level. The small window for such a deep room had a ground floor view of the parking lot and even that was obstructed by a building corner. The room had no heat. We had to wait for someone to come turn it on at the one (person said it had been turned off). That indicates that this nasty room (at $500/night) was a room of last resort. Not in use except when the hotel is full. And this was the studio room - the second most expensive room you could buy. These kinds of rooms should be sold with warnings and at discounts. Not full junior suite prices.

Loved the full kitchen and the separate sitting room and 2 full bedrooms. Also had bathrooms off each bedroom. Was a great set up for a family (especially with teens). 2 minute walk to gondola. Location is the best!
