Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

However, I was disappointed that there was no air conditioning, even considering it’s a mountain location. In addition, the fact that smoking was allowed left a tobacco smell in the room, which was quite uncomfortable. "Fabulous boutique hotel. All the staff were exceedingly courteous and helpful. Rooms have incredible views above Lake Lugano and it wasn’t an issue about not being located in the actual town itself, in fact it was a positive, with the hotel running a courtesy shuttle minibus down to the town and back 3 times daily. Restaurant absolutely wonderful with incredible food and wine choices. Bar offers an alternative more relaxed eating option either inside or outside on the lovely terrace. Would highly recommend."
