Parco Paradiso Delivered!

This hotel was a great value, great location, great service. The rooms were incredibly large, the breakfast was first class and the amenities were great, including sauna and steam. No brainer value in one of the most beautiful places in the world

Lugano is a beautiful place and this hotel was in a gorgeous location perched on a hill. The staff were helpful with directions to and from sights. The room itself was nice and spacious and felt clean. It was not cheap but the again most things in Switzerland are not cheap. The only disappointment was the toilet seat in the bathroom was an improper fit- it was too small for the bowl and was not stable. The pool was nice but small- would’ve been nicer if it was outdoors in the glass sliding doors were kept open during the day as the weather was so beautiful. Our stay in Lugano was pleasant and we had a lovely time there.

It’s not in the city but transit for bus and trains are very close. Highly suggest a taxi or hotel shuttle if coming in on the train, very uphill. Property is very well kept, beautiful landscape, staff is helpful and nice. Bed was comfortable and large room if you get the suite.

My Family and I came to stay in July. The hotel was very clean, and safe. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Came with two small children, so the indoor pool was attractive for them, however, exciting is an outdoor pool. Will utilize their spa and gym facilities, which were also good. Downside to the gym, is that there is no central air, therefore can get very stuffy running on the treadmill. No water is provided at the gym. Overall pleasant day.

We had the penthouse suite and it was amazing. The view is incredible and the suite is large with a big balcony accessible from both the master bedroom and the sitting room. The second bedroom was on the smaller side. The only odd thing was only a standing shower in the master but a great larger bathroom for the second bedroom. The place is well maintained and clean (other than the balcony which was a bit rough but the view made up for it). Breakfast was good and again the view from the restaurant was great. Parking is on site both outside and in a garage for a nominal fee. Paradiso train station is a 5 min walk (but up and down quite a few stairs). Most places were an easy walk so the location is great. Just keep in mind it is hilly so short walks can be tiring. Front desk was very helpful and helped plan things to do around the area. Great stay!

Love Lugano

We were visiting places that Avatar Meher Baba visited inn Switzerland. Suitenhotel Parco Paradiso hotel is very reasonable and clean, with extremely efficient staff. We were very impressed by their staff's ability to communicate. I didn't need to use my Creole of French and Spanglish. What really impressed us was the hotel's arrangement with Swiss trains. Staff gave us tickets with QR codes such that we rode free anywhere in the Kanton. Laundry service was also efficient. And the train station us a five-minute walk!

Luxury! The suite was beautiful and comfortable. Our patio had a gorgeous view of the lake and city. I would have loved to stay longer. Aside from being fairly near the train station and the Italian restaurant across the way, there isn't much nearby. We did hike the trail behind the hotel to the top of the mountain, and that was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful in coordinating and explaining our transit options to Lake Como.
