« Hôtel à éviter, attente de 10mn devant le portail fermé sans sonnette à l'arrivée, accueil quasi clandestin par une gardienne femme de ménage ne parlant que l'espagnol et pas prévenue de notre arrivée alors que j'avais réservé depuis des semaines, essayant de me passer au téléphone la patronne me raccrochant au nez à plusieurs reprises, pas d'enregistrement d'arrivée, aucun autre personnel, aucune prestation autre qu'un médiocre petit déjeuner, aucune boisson disponible, bar et piscine fermées,...

« Nous avon louer la cabane à notre arriver le proprio était là nous a accueilli nous a aidé à apporter nos valise à la cabane retirer et privé j'avais peur d avoir chaud la nuit car il n'y a pas d'aire climatisé mais c'était ok avec les fan le site est proche des chutes noyaca un incontournable dans ce secteur là chambre était propre la piscine était bonne et rafraîchissante nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner mais je suis sûr qu'il était bon en résumé endroit propre et bien entretenu...

« Huge disapointment with this hotel. Photos don't reflect the reality : hotel with a strong lack of care and maintenance. Rooms are very old especially the bathroom (photos attached). We also had dirty bed sheet with holes. The swimming pool was dirty / water was flashy green and opaque. This is part of the high prices and were unable to enjoy it. (They justified it as filter issue, and not the first time that happened). + bleach stained beach towel. Breakfast was limited in quality and...
