I could clearly hear other guests, early morning prayers at around 4 a.m., and loud construction noise from the street and adjacent building, which made it very difficult to rest. Housekeeping was inconsistent and often forgot to refill the coffee packets. Only four clothes hangers were provided, which was inadequate. The elevator was also dirty and poorly maintained.
