They always said good morning and said hello. The rooms were cleaned well albeit small. This is expected as we are in the heart of Mong Kok. Very convenient to get everywhere. Youthful and energetic neighbourhood. Close to subway. Staff were great. One thing to note when first arriving is that the main lobby is on the second floor. Room was clean with nice view of Kowloon.
