We have tried different dishes from most of the food stalls and feel this one has the best quality, consistency, taste and price. Обманутые туристы.

Отель закрыт. Представьте состояние семьи с двумя детьми, которых такси подвезло к развалинам. Деньги за Бичкомбер заплатили летом за проживание в Новогодние праздники. Могли бы нас за это время предупредить, сказать, что мы будем проживать в другом отеле. Спасибо тайцам, которые кое-как сообразили и привезли нас в другой отель Блю Лагун. Слава Богу, нас там ждали.

Hotel piuttosto datato nella struttura, nel centro della vita di Chaweng Beach. Ha dei pro e dei contro piuttosto netti: Pro: Direttamente sulla spiaggia, con lettini ed ombrelloni a disposizione degli ospiti Colazione a buffet ottima, molto ricca e ristorante in spiaggia Camere spaziose e con balcone Contro Pulizie approssimative (a volte ci sono gli asciugamani, a volte no) Camere pulite alla bene-meglio. Camere e struttura da sistemare. Macchie d'acqua, muri scrostati. È un po' tutto lasciato a sé stesso. Wifi inesistente (si usa quello aperto del resort a fianco) Per posizione e servizi è di sicuro consigliabile, ma il potenziale sarebbe ben più alto, soprattutto perché non è un hotel economico.

staff was nice but the hotel is in horrible condition. "housekeeping" was non existent. water from facet is brown, previous guests underwear left hanging in the bathroom, toilet was disgusting. only smiles and nods of understanding when we complained. after one night we quickly left and found much better accommodations along the beach. it's too bad because the location is fantastic and it "could" be nice and seems like the management just need to add come care to the hotel.

Good and bad

Hotel and stuff were perfect. Lovely people. Location is also good close to the beach just a few steps. Love it. However the room where I was staying had a air con which wasn't working perfectly so had to melt myself over the heat. Apart from that would recommend it

ビーチ目の前でチャウエンビーチの大体真ん中くらいと立地はいいが部屋が古い。シャワーは水に毛が生えた程度のぬるま湯でフィットネスジムは壊れてるしタオルはなんかボロイ。バックパッカーなら全然いいが普通の日本人のカップル等には不向き。値段が安いにしても相応ではない。

Nice Hotel

Arrived at hotel about 10;30am and was shown to my room straight away with minimum fuss.Room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom.I had clean towels every day for room and beach.The water in the bathroom was the hottest I have ever had in my many stays in Samui. For the price I have no complaints at all.I did have one issue with the door key card not working but this was sorted very quickly. On the beach there were plenty of sun beds and you could get an umbrella if needed but I use to sit under the big trees for shade.Cant comment on breakfast or pool as I didn't use them but food from beach bar good and a good price also Son the barman always polite and if inclined you can always have a laugh with the massage girls. Apart from the key card I had no other issues. Checkout was quick and I was allowed to stay in room for an extra 4 hours for a small fee.

Budget hotel near Phuket airport

Apart from the taxi driver not knowing where it was, we pre negotiated 300baht, so it was on his time. The hotel dropped us the next morning back to the airport to catch our bus for free.

Moyen moins, cher pour l'état de l'hôtel bruyant

Hôtel situé en plein cœur de Chaweng, ce qui est parfait pour les fêtards mais pas du tout pour ceux qui veulent dormir. L'établissement est très vieillot et aurait besoin d'un bon ménage. Électricité coupé pendant 3 heures (mais gros orage) et pas d'eau durant 2 fois 1 jour ! En rapport qualité / prix, vous pouvez trouver largement mieux ailleurs. Petit plus : la plage est vraiment belle et les transat gratuits pour les clients.

Slitet, inte värt pengarna

Bokade deluxerum. Fick ett slitet gammalt rum. Personalen förklarade att alla rum var identiska. Alltså kunde jag lika gärna ha bokat standardrum. Blev lurad att betala extra för deluxe. Hemsk frukost. Personalen på hotellet var uppgivna då ägaren inte bryr sig om hotellet som är i stort behov av uppfräschning. Nyckelkorten slutade fungera två gånger. Bodde där 5 nätter. Känner mig lurad.

Nice and convenient hotel

Except for the taxi service from the airport to the hotel (which was 500 BTH, 100 BTH more than the normal fee and also quite expensive for 10 min), it has been a good staying in this hotel. The room was not as beautiful as in the pictures (especially the bathroom), but it was clean and fresh. I didn't like to find the blanket with old spots of dirt, luckily I had my blanket. In this case I think the hotel should change them if it is not possible to wash away the dirt. The breakfast was providing a wide range of food and there was a cooker for your favorite cooking eggs style. The panorama was amazing, directly on the beach and exactly in the middle of it. To summarize, I am quite satisfied from this hotel even if it would be better to improve the cleanliness of the rooms.

Worst Hotel Ever

I have never written a hotel review before....this time i feel the need to warn people that this place is an absolute disgrace and should be avoided. The pics on expedia are obviously 20 years old. The place is dirty, it smells, nothing works properley, dirty bed linen, huge cockroaches in bathroom, the card wouldn't the door on my first night....I had to get staff to walk me to my room to unlock room with their card when i came back everytime after leaving my room. It is an absolute Rip Off and a disgrace...It should be bulldozed and rebuilt....

Hat die besten Jahre hinter sich

Das Hotel liegt am schönen Strand. Leider wird dieser aber nicht laufend gepflegt. Hier liegt doch öfter angeschwemmter Müll. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, aber abgewohnt. TV hat nicht funktioniert. War aber nicht schlimm, man kann sich anderweitig beschäftigen. Das schlimmste am Zimmer war das Bad. Alles verkalkt und alt. Nicht mal aus dem Duschkopf könnte das Wasser mit Schwung laufen. Absolut positiv: das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei allen Fragen oder Problemen sofort weiter. Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung. Nichts besonderes aber dem Preis angepasst und alles frisch.

Perfect place

It's not my first stay in this hotel and I really like it ! Convenient, downtown so no need to have a motorbike, the beach is nice, the rooms are huge and the staff is really lovely ! Good price for a good place.

It's not my first stay in this hotel, and I like to come here. The staff is really nice and make sure everything is ok for you. The hotel is really well located, no need to use a motor bike everyday, the beach is amazing, close to the night market which is perfect for good food ! Very good place for a good price.

場所は最高です。スタッフもとても親切でした。以前口コミにあったような朝食は、毎日違うものが提供されてました。(シリアルやパンは同じものもありましたが) チェックインタイムより早く着き、一階の部屋なら通せるけど？と言われ、そこに、通してもらいました。しかしエアコンの効きが悪く、そしてカビ臭がひどく、部屋を替えていただきました。二階の部屋は、ニオイもなくよかったです。 家具が古く、あちこち服にひっかかってしまいました。 しかしお庭も、手入れがされていてプールサイドも綺麗でした。
