I think the stretch of beach at the hotel was the nicest we saw. The room was nice and big. Electricity to the rooms shuts off between 10am and 3pm. There is a small playpark. If staying here make sure your boat drops you at Fantasy. Breakfast is varied and good quality. The staff speak very good English at the reception and are very helpful. On the quieter side of the island, perfect if that’s what you are looking for. The main pier for speedboats is about 40 mins away (if you are interested in day trips). The local beach is really fantastic - clean, nice sand, great water (good for kids) and beautiful sunsets. If you want nightlife and shops, the closest is 15 mins away at Khlong Nin.
