An alles gedacht

In dieser Ferienwohnung hat für uns einfach alles gepasst. Wir waren drei Erwachsene und ein 7-jähriger. In der Wohnung wurde am alles gedacht, sodass man von zu Hause wirklich nichts mitbringen musste. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Trotz Dachboden war es angenehm von der Temperatur (April). Die Beschreibung zum Objekt hat sehr geholfen. Die Aussicht war traumhaft schön. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Wanderurlaub und haben uns am Ende des Tages sehr gefreut wieder "nach Hause" zu kommenUnterkunft hat sehr

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Königstein

Wir haben einen tollen Familienurlaub in der Ferienwohnung Menz in Königstein verlebt. Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung im Dachgeschoss ist urgemütlich und für 4 Personen ideal. An den kühlen Abenden spendete der Kamin Wärme und wohlige Atmosphäre. Von dem oberhalb am Hang gelegenen Haus hat man einen tollen Ausblick ins Elbtal, hinüber zum Lilienstein und zum Königstein. Die Gästekarten, mit welchen man Bus und Bahn kostenlos nutzen kann, sind eine super Alternative, da man viele Ausflugsziele schnell erreicht. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Menz war nett und wir fühlten uns gut betreut. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Königstein sehr genossen!Vielen Dank von Familie Staub!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Kamin

Sehr moderne, gemütliche Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Aussicht mit sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeber. Der Kamin ist definitiv ein Highlight. Super ausgestattet bis ins Detail inklusive Treppengitter, Babybett und Hochstuhl. Nachts ist die nahe, dicht befahrene Bundesstraße und Zuglinie zwar zu hören, aber mit Ohrstöpsel absolut machbar. Unser Kleiner hat es geliebt, die Züge durchs Fenster zu beobachten. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Sehr schöne Wohnung-freundliche Gastgeber-super UrlaubsregionRegion

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.Die Wohnung bietet ein Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, die Gastgeber erfüllten uns jeden Wunsch und die Region Elbsandsteingebirge ist wunderschön !! Landschaft, Kultur, Freibad- alles super. Wer die Fewo bucht, sollte gut Auto fahren können und gut zu Fuß sein, es ist Gebirge. In der Gästekarte sind sehr viele Leistungen enthalten- Nutzung guter S-Bahn und Busverbindungen incl.! Dresden, Pirna, Bastei, Festung Königstein,Hrensko (CZ) und Decin (CZ) - alles nahe gelegen und sehr sehenswert. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert und gern mal wieder!

Also uns am Abend die Toilettenspülung kaputt ging kam Herr Menz mit aller Freundlichkeit um 20:00 Uhr nochmal vorbei und hat sie repariert einfach top.

Die FeWo hatte alles was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen , und für schöne Ausflüge lag die Unterkunft sehr zentral . Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen .

Der Aufenthalt war für uns sehr gut.Leider war die Beschreibung vom Objekt sehr schlecht...Für Gehbehinderte Menschen nicht geeignet. Steile Treppen nach oben. Stand leider nicht in der Beschreibung. Schlechte Park möglichkeiten.

Sehr gute und genaue Kommunikation. Vermieter kümmert sich super, war sogar extra vor Ort um zu fragen, ob alles passt. Originell eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles da, Ausstattung hat für uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Treppen waren angekündigt und für uns kein Problem, ebenso die Nähe zu Straße und Bahn. Insgesamt top, unbedingte Empfehlung für alle Mobilen mit sportlichem Hund :-) Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schöne Wohnung

Das Haus ist am Hang gelegen und direkt an Hauptstraße und Bahnlinie. Wie der Eigentümer erklärt, muss noch Einiges gemacht werden, im Eingangsbereich des Hauses ist etwas gruselig. Die Wohnung überrascht mit Sauberkeit und schöner Einrichtung, wobei das Schlafzimmer oben etwas spartanisch ist. Im Großen und Ganzen ein schöner Aufenthalt und sehr nette Vermieter.

Schöne Wohnung nur für ältere Menschen sehr anstrengend viele Treppen im und zum Haus .Nicht unbedingt leise da eine sehr befahrende Straße vor dem Haus ist und die Eisenbahn sehr störend ist .Die Gegend ist sehr schön viele Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und ich einigen Punkten übertroffen. Der Check-In war problemfrei. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter durchgehend schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich. Sehr saubere ,gut ausgestattete kleine süße Wohnung. Was uns allerdings nicht gefallen hat,war das die Hausbewohner sich wegen Lautstärke um 20.40 Uhr beschwert hat,als wir durch den Flur nach oben gingen. Somit hatten wir immer das Gefühl leise sein zu müssen um niemanden zu stören. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön. Vielen Dank an Familie Menz

Super schöner Wanderkurzurlaub mit Kindern in grandioser Umgebung

Wir waren 3 Nächte mit unseren 9+ 10 Jahre alten Jungs in Königstein. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Familie Menz sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist, trotz Treppe zwischen Elternschlafzimmer und Wohnbereich, geräumiger als gedacht! Die Lage ist super und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter auch klasse. Leider hat die FEWO App unsere Reise nicht angezeigt somit konnten wir über FEWO nicht mit dem Vermieter in Kontakt treten als es um Datenübermittlung ging. Allerdings war er sofort telefonisch zu erreichen und wir konnten alles Wesentliche klären. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wir können die Unterkunft für Wander- und Kletterbegeisterte weiterempfehlen.
