As you enter the home you will find a half bath to your left and the open concept kitchen to the right. The kitchen has a granite peninsula top with white subway tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Located at the peninsula is four bar height chairs perfect for enjoying a quick snack or sitting down to talk. The kitchen opens up to the living room dining room combination. The living room has a leather couch with chaise and comfy recliner to kick back and watch the flat screen TV. The dining room has seating for eight with a large window overlooking the riverside. As you take the stairs to the second floor you will find the first bedroom which has a king size bed, full bathroom and ample closet space. Located in the hallway between the first and second bedrooms is the stackable washer and dryer. On the other end of the hall you will find another queen bed and full bathroom to complete the second floor. The third floor offers an additional living space that can be used as the third bedroom. The room contains another couch, bean bag chair, bar top and wet bar for your entertaining needs. There is a half bath on this level. The exterior door will lead you to the rooftop patio with wicker furniture and cushions and tables. \- This home offers high speed internet for all your connectivity needs. \- Each level is equipped with its own air conditioning unit to help keep you feeling comfortable all the time. \- Laundry and kitchen essentials provided: dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods and trash bags Guest will have access to the entire three-story townhome and private rooftop patio. Location was convenient to local brewery and stores and a short drive to market square and UT campus. The host was responsive to inquiries and we enjoyed our stay. My only advice would be that they need to check inventory of kitchen and bathroom supplies before each stay. Apparel goods are enough and we were aware we would have to purchase additional paper goods if needed but for a 6 person stay for 5 days, we only had 2 adult sized forks, no chopping knives for cooking, and a total of 4 bath towels for 6 people. ##### Evelyn E. It’s across the river from UTK but just a 5 minute drive to campus. The main floor has the kitchen, living room, 1/2 bath. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. There is a 3rd floor with a sectional couch, bar area, 1/2 bath, and access to an outside seating area. It’s pet friendly but you can’t tell. There are no stains or smells. Donna was super responsive and helpful. Check in was a breeze with a combo lock on the back door. We will stay here again. ##### Caroline W.
