You can exit directly onto the pedestrian only Square to visit award winning restaurants and local shops, or use the Wall Ave. entrance to gain access to the elevator. University of Tennessee, Theater District, Gay St., Old City, Worlds Fair Site, History Museum, Convention Center are all within close walking distance... You can park once and never need you vehicle until you leave. Farmers Market on the Square every Wed and Sat throughout spring and autumn. Along with music on select Tuesday and Thursday nights. Walking distance also to the new Stadium for baseball and soccer. Please be aware that this location is in the center of the city. It is a very lively entertainment district and it is where people to go and have fun all day and sometimes into the night. We cannot control the noise from outside, although we do supply fans and earplugs. If I had to nit pick and find a complaint- or more so a suggestion to the apartment association- that elevator has a smell to it that was something else. Gotta figure that out.
