« We’d stayed at this property in the past, and on our return trip it did not disappoint. Lovely location, easy walk to an uncrowded beach. The amenities were super, particularly the pool and hot tub. The only difficulty was having to leave at the end of our week’s stay. »

« Location location location! We rented this place last minute with 2 dogs in tow. The proximity to the beach is less than a block with a public access at the end of the street. The house is older and amenities basic, but for us it was just right. »

« The cottage was very clean, nicely furnished, and well-appointed (beds, linens, towels, kitchen, etc.). The only drawback for us was the passing vehicle noise as the cottage is situated just a few yards from a busy road. This apparently has not been an issue for majority of guests so maybe just us. Host(s) were great communicators and have done everything "within their power" to provide a wonderful stay. »

« The home was very clean and organized. The community was quiet and relaxing and we were very close to two beaches. Hillcrest Beach is our new fav spot. As a family it was nice to have puzzles, games and books during our down time between activities. Definitely recommend and everything was in order. Also communication of needed information from owners was very much appreciated. Could not have asked for a better beach experience. »

« No dishwasher, no washer dryer in unit. Showers old. Uncomfortable beds, squeaky floors, doors stick all in all not my type of place. A rip off for the money! Perfect for college kids! »

Unfortunately there were no dolphin sightings but that was the only disappointment and was nothing to do with the home. Due to outside temperatures we had to fuss with the thermostat quite a bit, Vickie was fantastic with responding to our inquiries. »
