This newly renovated 1 bedroom suite is just steps from downtown. Discover the perfect blend of modern comfort and urban convenience in this beautifully renovated 1-bedroom apartment, ideally located just minutes from downtown. Whether you’re here for business, leisure, or a bit of both, our space offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels like a true home away from home. • Check in via smart lock • 1 parking space • High Speed internet • 47" Smart TV • Fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials (salt, pepper, cooking oil) • Complimentary tea and coffee • Fresh linens and towels • Bathroom fully stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash • Master bedroom with one queen sized bed • Living room with comfortable seating • Dedicated workspace so you can easily work from home • Covered balcony with patio table and 2 chairs • Washer and dryer in house • Air conditioning • If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to ask! This house is a duplex. Guests have access to the entire upstairs unit. Guests must climb 1 set (roughly 10 steps) of stairs to access the unit The basement unit is rented separately. Each unit is completely separate and private from one another, including private entrances. The covered balcony is for your own private use. The backyard is shared with the basement tenants. The home has central air conditioning and heating. The thermostat is located in the other unit and locked between the range of 21-23 degrees Celsius. If temperature changes are required, please let us know and we can adjust the temperature with our phone. We like to give guests their own space but we're always just a message away should you have any questions or require assistance. The home should respectfully be left in the same tidy and neat condition it was upon your arrival. We welcome you to come stay with us and enjoy it here in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area! Please note we provide an initial stock of supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee, etc.). If you're staying for an extended period of time and run out of this initial stock, we kindly ask you to purchase anything additional you may need. Additionally, please be sure to read the additional house rules below: • No parties • Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously, please be considerate to neighbours. • No unauthorized visitors or guests. Please let us know if you intend on having additional guests. • Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house . • Please remove your shoes. • Damage deposit of $500 is only charged if verified damage is found upon checkout • No pets. NOTE: We’ll follow the cancellation policy outlined in your reservation. Please note that payment processing fees (2.99%) and additional service fees (2.00%) are non-refundable.
