The Wright's Coach House

Escape to rustic Elora at the Wright's Coach House! Our coach house is tucked in the trees at the edge of town and will give you peace and quiet but is still only a short, but scenic, walking distance to all of the amenities that our historic town has to offer. As locals of Elora we are excited to share all of its secret spots, local treasures and ‘must visit’ stops. From our beautiful restaurants, to cozy pubs and unique shops we are ready to be your guide or to give you the quiet and peace you are seeking. Please come and pay us a visit!

With a convenient checkin time of 3pm and check out time of 11am.

This private two bedroom house on our property can sleep 6 guests very comfortably but can accommodate 8 (with an additional charge) and comes with two separate bedrooms, both with cozy queen sized beds. There is a full bathroom with rain shower, full kitchen, and a spacious sitting room that has a sofa bed and futon couch for additional sleeping. From each bedroom, the kitchen and front room you will have plenty of scenery to take in! This is a perfect location to stay if you are in town for a wedding at our beautiful Elora Mill or just simply wandering the village, taking in all we have to offer.

Come spring you and your company can sit out on the back deck and take in the quiet while you BBQ steaks for dinner. In the summer months we offer a fenced-in area for your pets (at an additional charge) that can run free at the edge of the forest coming right off the deck steps. We are pet friendly with a $45/night/pet fee.

The coach house comes with a cozy electric fireplace for the winter months and air conditioning for those summer days that just won’t cool down. Free wifi and a 55” TV are provided as well as a full kitchen that can easily be used to make a full roast dinner! The dining area can accommodate the entire family or you can simply sit at the breakfast bar for your morning coffee (coffee machine also provided).

Shuttles can be provided to and from the Elora Mill for those of you attending weddings!

Guests have use of the coach house only, which is adjacent to the main log home, with a parking spots in front of the first garage door.

LOVED IT!! Our one-night stay at The Wright's Coach House was an absolute dream, we only wish it could have been much longer! This was, without a doubt, the highlight of our entire trip and our new favorite Vrbo. The accommodations are everything you could hope for - beautifully decorated, incredibly cozy, and so comfortable. The space is equipped with all the amenities and features you could possibly need, leaving you wanting for nothing. The hosts are exceptional. They were super responsive and provided a wealth of helpful suggestions that made our visit to Elora even more enjoyable. An amazing location with a wonderful host

From first booking to checkout the process was smooth and Melissa was wonderful. We received lots of information about both the house as well as restaurants and attractions in the area. Parking was great and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils and dishes we needed. The place was clean and comfortable. And very quiet. The setting is beautiful, surrounded with woods. Nice fire pit we did not have an opportunity to use but is a nice touch. I highly recommend this location and plan to stay there again!

This place was amazing. The pictures although very good don't even do it justice, it's actually much better in person. Melissa and Matt were great to deal with. A very nice private deck off the back where my wife and I had breakfast every morning and cocktails at night. The inside was spotless and a great layout with kitchen and living area. Very close to the Elora downtown with shops and restaurants and the Elora Gorge was a 10 minute drive. We are already looking forward to going back next year so I would highly recommend this place. This place was perfect for a girls getaway! It was very clean, well decorated with very unique items. Great location, located at a quiet dead end road and walking distance to the downtown area. It is a lovely property, private and surrounded by trees along with being only minutes from Elora and close to nearby attractions like the Elora Gorge and Quarry areas.
