The property met my expectations. Check in couldn't have been easier. The place was beautiful and very clean. Having a parking space was a bonus. The owner was very helpful. Having access to Netflix was a bonus. I would rent this place again without hesitation.

This basement apartment was everything it was advertised to be. The entrance and parking were easy to find and clearly explained. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, and its location to the university (the reason for my visit) was excellent. Ron was exceptionally responsive to a question I had and I would return here if I were to visit again.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The hosts are very responsive. The unit is secure, very tidy, and equipped with high quality appliances. It is well air-conditioned and I found the bed to be very comfortable. It's in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, and several parks that make it great for walks. I would happily stay here again.

Everything was fantastic! We appreciate the parking and the cleanliness of the suite. The area was in the perfect location. The only confusion was when we arrived. We weren’t sure which door to put the code in.
