NOW, Welcome to my exquisite 5 bedroom vacation villa. This home sits on a beautiful lake with a fountain. Great for relaxing and putting your mind at rest.This home is brand newly restored as of February 2017. Luxurious and exquisite decors along with its digital entertainment provides ease to our visitors. You will be having fun in no time with peace of mind. Less than 30 min from all Major attractions. All Disney Theme Parks, Gator Land, Lego Land Just to name a few.This vacation home includes the following amenities:

Un trois semaines dans cette belle résidence fut excellent set up parfaite.. bien situé vraiment..

Très très satisfait de cette location de trois semaines avec la famille (9)..tout le monde était bien installé… la piscine chauffée a fait le bonheur des petits enfants, des parents et grand parents… Très bonne collaboration avec propriétaire et gestionnaire…et merci pour les délicates attentions à notre arrivée… Marc et la famille👏👏

It was so nice that our host provided some healthy foods and also cereal and snacks upon our arrival-'this was much appreciated after a long trip! Great game room, pool, well equipped kitchen, washers and dryers, and even paper products, spices, and detergents/cleaning items so we did not have to purchase that. Two refrigerators were helpful and coffee wad provided. The host was responsive and overall we had a very good experience!! Would recommend!!

Hands down best vacation home we have stayed in as family. Roomy..enough space for everyone!! Grandkids loved the Big tub as they called it...easy no fighting bath time. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the outdoor patio lenai. The little goodies that were left were perfect.. we simply can't say enough! THANK YOU for a memorable family vacation. We will probably be back.. see you then!!

The property is just like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. You are in a cul-de-sac and the house backs up to water, so it gives you plenty of breathing room. You don't feel like you are on top of your neighbors. The kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked at the house for breakfasts and dinners. We had everything we needed to cook meals. We were pleasantly surprised that the house was stocked with plenty of water in all the fridges as well as snacks and even a salad and muffins for us. They went out of the way to make us feel at home. The house was not super close to Disney or Universal but we knew that when we booked. We didn't mind the 30 to 45 min drive, depending on traffic. because it was less hectic by the house. We took a day off from the parks and because it was not super close to them, we were able to relax and enjoy the pool in a quiet neighborhood. Walmart and other stores are close by. We loved that the house came with a playpen, high chair and stroller. We definitely utilized all 3 of them. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely stay here again if we return.

Extremely good value and spacious for the 6 of us, allowing most of have a bedroom of our own. Quiet location and close to all major attractions. The welcome pack of snacks, cakes, cereals and large supplies of bottle water was a very pleasant surprise.

Host left water, snacks, sodas to enjoy. There was plastic silverware and plates. Lots of appliances and fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. Some of the pots and pans could use updating and some of the appliances you can see the abuse making them unusable for our stay. Maybe consider another hot water heater. Difficult to take a bath after all the showers and still have hot water.
