« L'hébergement est très propre et bien équipé pour se faire à manger. Le lieu est calme, les moutons, vaches, oiseaux sont les voisins. Prévoir entre 2 et 3 nuits pour en profiter au mieux. L'endoit est assez reculé de tout, donc pour profiter au mieux de la plage, ballades autour et de se couper du monde, il est préférable de prevoir son essence et nourriture a l'avance. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieux magique pour souffler au milieu d'un tour de l'Écosse. »

« As advertised, this is a remote cottage, suitable for a family with two children plus a dog. Comes with a sheep. About half an hour of single track road to get here. There's one shop and a tea room nearby. Great walks and scenery. Cottage is basic and just what you would expect in such a location. It's not the Ritz, nor should it be. Lovely get away. »

« Beautiful location, sunrises & views were breathtaking. Lucky enough to watch a dolphin & calf playing in the bay one day as well as lots of sea birds including the Gannets diving for their catch. Could be absolutely perfect but was slightly let down by cleanliness of the property & no double bed in any of the bedrooms. Despite that would definitely recommend & would stay again if holidaying in the area. »

« Zuerst waren wir etwas von der abseitige Lage des Hauses und der Siedlung in Rispond. Nach Betreten der Ferienwohnung waren wir aber sehr angenehm überrascht. Leider kamen wir fast nie ins Netz, um Kontakt mit zu Hause in Deutschland aufzunehmen. Der Gastgeber, der uns persönlich begrüßte war sehr freundlich und erklärte uns alles. Wer Natur und Ruhe schätzt, der ist hier richtig. Zudem ist man in wenigen Minuten in Durness. »
