"The apartment was spacious with a fantastic view. After spilling a drop on the floor & wiping it we discovered that the tissue was black with dirt. Checked elsewhere & found the same. The settee was also very stained & we had to cover it with a blanket. We saw the manager & they did send someone up to mop the floor almost immediately so that was good. The TV was streaming service & being from the UK it was difficult to get sorted & had it been only my sister she would never have got it sorted. They eventually did send someone up to sort it but I explained that had they only left an instruction sheet I could have sorted it myself. The location was excellent, the staff were pleasant & the pool area was nice."

"The room was clean, the towels were fluffy, and the breakfast was nice having an omelet station, and biscuits and gravy and sausages. It made a travel day much easier! Also the rates were great and about a 15 min walk to downtown."

"We stayed 4 nights and the location was perfect for our downtown excursions- close to Country music Hall of fame, bar scene and food! Getting a Lyft was great & easy for a few out of downtown activities but this was convenient for all the downtown attractions. Happy hour was a nice addition with live music and tasty appetizers - free daily in lobby. Full hot breakfast was great and staff were pleasant and helpful. Good variety. Our rooms were updated, spacious and very comfy beds. Trip was myself and 2 daughters so safety was my first priority- this gets a 5/5 for that alone. The pool was very refreshing and used daily by us in the heat wave! Great to relax between day activities and the nightlife. I really have nothing negative to say about our stay- price was great, location was great & staff were 5/5 for friendliness and helpfulness! Heads up for those travelling with a car- valet parking looked pricey!!! We also used the local bus for transfer to and from airport- stop is a one block walk and it is a direct bus- very economical option! ($2 per person!) I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again."

"The hotel is undergoing renovations so that in itself limits the score. However, the staff was excellent and accomadating including BJ and Dustin. We only stayed a night, but we received an excellent room with no issues and a superior view downtown. We would gladly stay again, but advise others that the hotel might not be what they expect as the gym and inside elevator where out of commission. Overall, for the downtown area, it is a good value."

"Lovely stay , clean , beds really comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Pool area& roof top area lovely. Train noise can be an issue but got used to it. Would definitely stay again. Downtown is walkable. At times we could smell the trash cupbosrd as it was just outside room (300)"

"The Deluxe Studio was larger than we expected. Also, there is a nice separation between bedroom & kitchen/living area. Clean, modern, & no clutter. Quiet, beautiful main entrance area to building. Great location & a couple blocks to Broadway. Parking a full-size pick-up truck was better than expected due to the info in prior reviews (just go slow) & the very detailed instructions (with pictures) from Kasa. Would stay here again & recommend to others. Thank you."
