"The ambiance was nostalgic comfort with convenient Cafe that serves delicious homemade sourdough bread in several of their dishes breakfast and lunch. We were not able to go to the music cafe,as we were attending a wedding.When we returned there was still music and the speakeasy that sounded entertaining amd very much enjoyable. The staff was most accommodating offering to take our belongings upstairs and most eager to help us with any requests we had. This is a most quaint historical hotel with homegrown cuisine,which was delicious,and, very much appreciated Hospitalality plus. Very relaxing quiet stay and most friendly town. I highly recommend this wonderful experience! ."

"I booked this room specifically for the location and the fact that they took dogs. By staying here I was only 5 minutes from my family that I was in town visiting. Saved me a lot of driving time back and forth each day. Was a good hotel. All the furniture seem to be new. Loved being able to park outside your door. Bad were the VERY used and torn towels in the room every day and although the room was no smoking there were cigarette burns on the tub and the sink which were obviously original so it could be on their radar of things to still work on in the rooms. all that being said I will be staying here again in the future based on location and the fact that they allow pets."

"Very unique experience! Literally in the midddle of no where! Love the dirt roads and driveway. Remind us of our childhood communities before they became over populated. Exactly enjoyed the hot tub, large soaking tubs, and 2 person shower. The rainy weather for the whole weekend didn't allow us to enjoy all outside amenities, games, or outside dinning. We did get one sunraise and one sunset on the observation deck. All meals were cooked on the grill, but a skillet and flat Blackstone was provided too. No oven available. The large TV in the yurt/dome was perfect size to see plenty details of all our football games we love to watch. Loved the heated floor in bathroom. Enjoyed the stay so much, we thinking building a yurt for us now. The owners were so sweet and quick to respond. They even provided a bottle of wine."

"Our stay was great. Kitchen is stocked well. Pots, pans, spices, 2 coffee pots. Extra fishing poles if you need them. Kids loved the woods & fishing pond.pleanty of family board games. Fire pit is great. Very secluded. I would highly recommended for a family vacay!"
