  • Situé sur un terrain unique de 2 acres qui surplombe l’eau libre. Profitez de la natation sur notre plage privée avec 820 'de front de mer. Cette propriété est une perle rare sur le lac LBJ. Cette maison peut accueillir 30 personnes confortablement. 6 500 pieds carrés maison 6 chambres et 5 et demi salles de bains. Profitez de 2 salons pour plus d'intimité. Profitez du lac depuis toutes les pièces de cette maison. De plus, un grand quai pour bateaux comprenant 2 cales de bateau et une rampe de jet-ski. Les lumières de la nuit pour pêcher ou simplement regarder les poissons nager. Profitez de la pose dans un hamac sur 2 hectares couverts de chênes entourés d'eau. Nous fournissons des chaises et des parasols pour un peu d'ombre sur la plage. 2 kayaks sont disponibles. Bois de chauffage pour la plage ou la grande fosse ouverte barbecue. 1 réfrigérateur supplémentaire. Filet de ballon de volleyball. Nous fournissons un très grand coffre à glace. Beaucoup de chaises longues. Serviettes de plage. Jouets de plage pour les enfants. Cannes à pêche et agrès. Shampoing et après-shampoing. Savon pour le corps, savon à vaisselle. Détergent à lessive et tous les sacs à ordures dont vous aurez besoin. Nous avons beaucoup de places de stationnement. Notre famille veut que votre famille profite et passe des vacances sans stress. Ceci est sur une grande crique avec de grands voisins, jamais rien à redire. Notre propriété Lakehouse est privée et unique avec le fait que vous aurez 2 hectares entourés d’eau. Apportez essentiellement de la nourriture à la famille et assurez-vous que vous avez tout le reste. Nous vivons localement et pouvons toujours être atteints si nécessaire. Mais nous respectons votre vie privée et ne venons jamais à la maison du lac à moins que les locataires ne nous en aient donné la permission. . Vrbo n'autorise que 50 images mais j'ai un livre sur les réseaux sociaux - Vive El Sueno 😀.

The entire property was immaculate when we arrived. We had a family get together which included 4 daughters, their spouses and 12 grandkids. There was always enough activities for everyone to be doing something at one time or another. Everyone enjoyed the stay, tremendously! Looking forward to return next summer. Miguel Spring Branch Tx

The property was great, plenty of room for people to sleep, hang out inside/outside, cook, eat, etc. Very comfortable, very easy, and had basically everything we needed.

Very nice home in a quiet cove! Our large family had a great time during our 5 night stay. The pool, kiddie pool, beach, lake access, paddleboards and kayaks, were all fantastic. The house was clean and exactly as listed. Great kitchen and family gathering spaces. The beds were comfortable.

The house is perfect for large groups. The amenities inside and out are really great. We loved the outdoors! There was alot to do for our group outside. The trees are unbelievable and it was so serene. We had slight issue w the hot tub and the owner was super responsive and it was fixed very quickly so they are attentive to anyone staying here. You don't have to work with mgmt company and wait for things to happen. The house is on a beautiful cove with kayaks and paddleboards. Suggestion to bring your life jackets. It was a very enjoyable weekend for all our high schoolers! We will def comeback!

The house was MORE than we could dream of! We had 16 people, 3 generations, gather for family reunion and every amenity was well used and so appreciated: pool, hot tub, volleyball, kayak, pool table and foosball; also fire pit! The response time was short for 2 items: heating pool and access to life vests for the kids.

We had a family birthday party for the weekend! It was perfect, great spot, beautiful house, clean and the owner is very great, loved we loved it so much for a big group its the perfect place, I highly recommend it and will be coming back soon, thank you for receiving us!

Large Group with Teens

The property was perfect. We took a group of seniors for their post prom weekend and the house was amazing. It fit everyone nicely and had tons of amenities to keep the kids occupied. Bradlee and Shannon were wonderful to work with.

Our group had an incredible stay at this property! We were traveling with a large group, and the accommodations were absolutely perfect. The layout of the home is thoughtfully designed, with the bedrooms spaced out enough to give everyone their own privacy while still providing plenty of areas to gather together.The amenities truly set this property apart. Everyone in our group from teenagers to those in their 80's loved spending time on the volleyball court and using the paddle boards. The hot tub was a favorite spot in the evenings and provided the perfect place to relax after a day on the water.The property itself is beautiful. The mature trees create a stunning backdrop and made for some amazing family photos. The beds were extremely comfortable, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the home was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location could not have been better. Being right on the water gave us easy access to all the fun and beautiful views, while still being tucked away from the large crowds and heavy boat traffic found on the main lake. It offered the perfect balance of convenience, relaxation, and privacy.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable getaway with family and friends!

Fabulous family reuion

This house is huge. Plenty of sleeping spaces for our 20 adults and 6 kids. Several great patio areas. The shady, grassy yard is very large and well maintained. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. We rented a pontoon and two jet skis which were very easy to park at the dock. The kitchen was well stocked. Only things missing in the house were shower soap, shampoo and hand towels.

Birthday trip

Multiple families with children gathered to celebrate a birthday. This house was perfect! There were paddle boards, a paddle boat, and kayak for everyone to use on the water. We had the pool heated, so even in the chilly December mornings and evenings everyone was able to enjoy the pool. And the house had more than enough room for the 26 of us! The host was quickly responsive to any questions. Everyone had a wonderful time, and it is definitely a trip that will be remembered!

Great for large groups!

We had a group of 30 people (12 parents, 18 kids), celebrating our recent high school graduates. This property was perfect for our group! Bedrooms were spread out so people could have privacy, but not be too far away from the action. The volleyball court, swimming pool, and pool table were in frequent use, and it was nice to be able to use other toys like the paddleboards and kayak. The chilled pool was very refreshing on a hot Texas summer day! Overall, everyone had a great time, and the owners were very responsive for a couple of questions we had during the stay.

Circle drive is HORRIBLE!!!

The house claims to sleep 30. There would be no way to get them there unless they used a bus. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac. One way in one way out. So when I see that there is a circle drive I assume I can take the boat to the house to unload the truck and then go launch. 3 hours later after maneuvering the truck and trailer we get it turned around. Went to the boat house. The boat hoist was totally messed took me two hours to fix it. The basketball goal was broke. None of the video games in the game room worked. Great Lot and the HVAC worked well. This house is not your best bang for your buck. Would not rent again

Overall excellent for our needs

Had a group of 18 or so for a get together weekend. Easy place to stay, Kitchen is well stocked and tons of beds! House is big but was hardly ever in it other than to cook and sleep. Pool is great, hot tub and beach are really good. Great place to just hang out and enjoy lake like. We pulled our own boats and having access to such a close boat ramp was super convenient. Couldn’t have been better.

My group had a wonderful time and the house was really nice. The house was much better than what the pictures showed and I definitely recommend this house to a larger group. There was plenty of room for the whole group
