"We traveled to visit family. We do not bring a pet. Wish the pool was heated, but not a big deal. The room was great! Clean, big, staff was great, breakfast was really good! "

"Room was comfortable, good location to the airport, not so good on the staff. They only had one person doing maintenance, front desk and shuttle service. The shuttle van was just a white van with a paper sign taped to the window so you could barely see it when you’re at the airport looking for them. We called and they said they’d be there in 10-15 minutes. we had to call again and they admitted they forgot about us. Took about 30-40 minutes. This actually happened to us twice. And with having only one person at the front and also doing the shuttle, they put a sign up on their front desk says we’ll be back in 20 to 30 minutes to help you please be patient. Not good when you’re checking in and you’re tired and there’s nobody around to help you. Would not recommend! "

"The remodel is obvious as floor tiles are uneven and broken, wall repairs are visible, door has daylight holes at bottom. Flashing along the wall meets the floor needs attention and caulking around the tub also. Room service not being provided after staff unlocked the door just after my shower and NEVER Returned 👍 Refund is requested "
