This area is absolutely beautiful! The condo was well equipped and very clean. The space was perfect for our family of 4\. We loved the view from the patio and it's a short walk to the beach. Our teenage boys enjoyed having Boogie Boards to take down to the beach. The property grounds are well maintained and cared for. Great restaurants and shopping near by. Kate was great to work with and easy to communicate with. We didn't need to communicate w/her much because everything was nicely laid out in the binder. Turtles abound, the waves are perfect for boogie boarding, the sand is so clean and soft it seems fake! We loved the pool too. The pool water is warm, which made for a nice relaxing time. We really appreciated the fact that it was generously stocked with kitchen items and beach gear. The unit is located at the top of the property complex, with a short downhill walk to Ulua Beach and the Wailea Beach Path. There are barbecues for use located in the parking area right in front of the unit, which made grilling very convenient. We stayed for 10 days with 4 adults (2 couples), plenty of space for all of us. Easy walk to beach, pools, eating, shopping or for some exercise!
