DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM SOUTH MAUI'S white sand beaches, including Kamaole I, II (directly across from our condo complex), and III, Charley Young Beach, Keawakapu Beach (with its long and continuous stretch of beautiful white sand beach, and lots of sea turtles and whales (during whale season). Close to great golf courses. Close drive to Wailea Shops and beaches, with its sandy stretch of beach and water sports. Close drive to Wailea Beach path for walking, running, and enjoying the beautiful morning sunrise or evening sunsets. Our condo is located at the Makai (towards the ocean) end of the C building. It is a short 3 minute walk out our door until you sink your toes in the soft sand at the BEACH🏝 Kihei Akahi is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, two POOL areas with gas grills and a tennis/pickle ball court, and elevators. Gas appliances in our fully equipped KITCHEN, air conditioning (in living room area), beautiful quiet fans in bedroom and living room in our condo, in addition to louvered windows in the family room to feel the tropical breezes. Restaurants, grocery, apparel, and numerous snorkel, bike, and beach rentals stores within walking distance. This property is hotel zoned, and not being affected by the recent proposed legislation. Easy to get to beaches (and sunrise/sunsets), great food and grocery options, and quiet area. We appreciated the book of local menus and recommendations. It was also fantastic to have the washer and dryer access, as well as vacuum and other amenities so it was a true home-away-from-home but with all the perks of lovely Maui. ##### Raphael S. They had everything we needed for our stay. Dava also gave me a list of wonderful places to go for my birthday! The location was perfect for dining and right in the middle of some of the best beaches along the coast to walk too. We would visit a different one almost daily. Snorkeling was pretty good too. We saw a sea turtle right off the rocks there! Everything was very convenient. It has everything you need for your Maui vacation. Beach chairs, cooler, etc. It's short walk to the beach, gift shops and restaurants. The condo is clean and nicely furnished. The owners were very helpful in answering any questions we had. If we go back to Maui we will hopefully be able to stay there again. It is the perfect getaway place. ##### Nancy A.
