The location is ideal for those wanting a quiet retreat in the Wailea planned development without the controlled chaos of a big resort hotel environment. The kitchen is great for dining in and it was wonderful to have beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella (and towels!) available for our use. The only negative about the location is that the area isn't well suited for walking to nearby restaurants or shops. You can do it for sure, but just have to work around golf links, etc. Wailea is an auto-centric area. This Wailea condo far exceeded our expectations and was a great home base for our Maui vacation. A lot of thought has gone into the unit to help make a vacation easier (“beach box”, well equipped kitchen, brand new washer/dryer etc). The unit was modern and beautifully decorated with an open airy feeling and is truly “PRISTINELY” clean. The complex is very friendly and quiet, we had zero issues with noise from other guests or the tennis area. The Shops at Wailea (open air mall) and a great selection of beaches are a short walk away. Jennifer was great to deal with from start to finish. We originally planned to split our vacation between two communities but chose to stay our entire vacation at this condo because it was so fantastic (thank you Jennifer for accommodating us with this). This is a spectacular condo to stay at and we 100 percent recommend this condo to anyone and absolutely look forward to returning and staying again! Thank you again Jennifer and Phil.
