« Beautiful little cabin in a lovely secluded location. Clean, comfortable, extremely quiet. The only issue we found is - the hot water heater is horribly undersized. Any more than one 10-min shower and you’ll be taking a COLD shower! Lovely retreat for a couple, but a shower together? Out of the question! My wife and I took AM/PM shifts on the 2nd day after it took my breath away on day 1. »

We are originally from the area and selected this location because it was near downtown and central to places in Augusta and Gardiner that we wanted to visit. The house is a wonderfully updated old home. »

« The apartment was exactly what was described and perfect for what we needed. Spent a week so my son could updated his Red Cross Certifications on campus. The proximity to campus was perfect. The apartment was spotless, nicely furnished and enough room for myself and 2 teen boys. We all had our own space and never felt on top of each other. The only issue we had is the traffic, which is no fault of the owners. Had to get use to the noise but it wasn't so bad to deter us from staying there again....

« The house and surrounding were very nice. Exactly as described and had some nice touches left by the management company- extra soap, laundry pods, doggie poop bags. The only concerns were that the keypad on the door was temperamental and didn’t work our entire visit (thankfully there was a key in a lockbox so we could get inside when it was cold and raining) and there were several dishes put away dirty. Overall it was a great property that we hope to return to in warmer weather and enjoy the...

« My friends and I rented marks house for about a month for part of our snowmobile season and its great spot. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers and trail is like 1/4 mile from the driveway. House was nice and clean plenty of room for everyone to sleep »

« Myself and 4 friends booked this home on the water for an annual super bowl ice fishing trip. The house was just as described, spacious and comfortable. The pond is beautiful and the fishing was outstanding, we caught fish all day long. Location is good as well, with plenty of restaurants and downtown Augusta within 10 to 15 minutes. Great home for the price. »

« Although the cabin was not cleaned before we arrived, the Vacasa cleaning crew came right over after we called. They said it was a scheduling problem that caused them to not have the cabin cleaned before we got there. I would have expected a proactive call to let us know about the problem and for them to have corrected the schedule before we got there and called them about it. Vacasa is also refunding us our cleaning fee. »

We went on and in the lake everyday, kayaking was very nice, and dinner on the patio with the view. Jeanne is a very sweet and she made sure everything was perfect for us. Will be back for sure! »
