The front desk clerk was not helpful in regards to suggestions for arranging transportation to the airport in the morning. The moulding around the door to the room was broken & part was missing, unpainted drywall patch on walls, fabric on chairs was dirty and threadbare, multiple layers of fitted sheets on bed. Door locks were questionable. When checking out at 4:20 am that door key was to be left in room as there was no front desk coverage or a key drop. Would not like to ever stay there again!

Property had nice little green space with picnic bench. Easy access to all restaurants. The only not so great was old fashion keys to first enter the stair gate and second key to the room with only one set provided.

The drug addicts lounging in the parking lot in the morning as I left were disturbing and one man approached me asking questions and seemed to be trying to recruit me for something (pimp? Dealer?), it was disturbing and I didn’t feel safe. I left immediately.

The door handle was falling off, there were stains in the coffee cup, coffee wasnt replenished on our three day stay, the mirror was dirty, there was no laundry bag provided or lotion or shower cap, no hair dryer, two of the light bulbs were missing from the bathroom vanity, one of the lightbulbs was dead, they didnt vacuum between nights, the bed sheets were ripped, there was garbage in the dresser drawer and under the bathroom sink from previous occupants. The pictures were hanging crooked, the phone was sticky. The front desk receptionist was pleasant and efficient.

The room was horribly unclean. There was duct tape holding the bathroom door together. Everything was filthy including the drawers. I do have pictures to back up the uncleanliness.

As we only needed to stay a few hours to sleep before a very early flight it was ok but I wouldn't want to spend any longer there. The room were clean for the most part, but some parts were very run down. They had fresh paint, but broken floor tiles and toilets that did not flush properly. It looks like they are trying to update the place. Staff was pleasant if lacking a little in training.

The gazebo out back is very pretty out back, with the fruit trees its a nice little getaway in the middle of a busy city.
