« Food is good. I had issues with the door lock. Getting in and out of the room was an issue. Had to call front desk to open it. Staff are not helpful. Cleaning staff changed the towels but did not replace them. Spa has a pool. They keep the pool area locked even if spa staff are there. Spa staff cannot unlock. Go to front desk. Facilities are run poorly. »

« Very occasionally you come across a special place that will stay with you forever. Saucy Willow is that. Beautiful setting and gardens, house that is tastefully and lovingly renovated.
