"The hotel is easy to find, front desk staff was very welcoming and eager to help, breakfast better than most and parking was free and immediately outside front door. The hotel is close to some very good eateries including the Mandarin Restaurant (right next door) and One Eye Jack Pub (5 minutes east on Taunton Rd at hwy 2)."

"The free breakfast was cold. Even after we grabbed the fresh scrambled egs when the staff put them out. The sausage was also cold. The next day we microwaved our breakfast in the breakfast bar to make sure it was warm. The pillows need to be replaced. There is no support what so ever left in them. You can fold them in half and they stay that way. We ended up taking the extra pillows out of the closet to use. It helped but not much. The bed was comfy. The shower makes a noise when you are using it. Not just our room our friends room as well. The short haired lady at reception is very rude and un helpful. Our friend walked up and asked to check in and she said not right now in a minute That lady was literally just adjusting her "hair" on her head. I say "hair" because her hair is shaved down. Mohammed at the front desk was very pleasant the few times we dealt with him. Same with the housekeeping and the man who brought us towels to the pool area."

"Stayed two nights. No one showed up with new towels after day one but front desk was helpful when called but we had to go downstairs to get them. Other than this we love staying there."
