We had great communication with Heather, she was a wonderful host. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed and more. Our favorite part was sitting on the lanai, looking out at the ocean, with the beautiful pool area and foliage. We were steps away from the Coconut Marketplace. They had free shows, hula lessons and lei making classes everyday. Our “once in a lifetime” trip was amazing because of our host and our wonderful stay. We find the quiet, peaceful setting and the ability to greet the sunrise on the beach just a short walk from the door is one of the best ways to invite the spirit of Aloha. Khalid & Heather make this easy by providing a perfect place with everything you need for your stay. With all the relevant information provided before arrival, check in is seamless, more like simply walking into your own home. Much of the stuff you would need for a day on the beach are on the patio: chairs, small cooler, boogies boards, snorkel equip, etc. The owners were very communicative and detailed with instructions. They even offered to let us check in a bit early since the room was cleaned before check in time. Not everything was perfect for us but not enough of an issue to deduct a star. The bed isn't very comfortable. We prefer a softer pillow top bed. This bed is very firm, which some people may prefer. The refrigerator is very small more a like dorm style, so freezer area is very small. It is only possible to cook in the microwave or toaster oven, there isn't much room for frozen goods that easily prepared. Not a big deal if you plan on eating out or using the BBQ grill at the pool. ##### Mark H. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon at. The hosts were very attentive before and during our stay. The room has a comfy bed and a beautiful view off the deck for morning coffee. It was great to have beach chairs and towels available to take to the beach. Kapa’a is a perfect, central spot on the island and we loved the proximity to everything. Bonus coconut marketplace right nearby and Lava Lava Club next door. Thank you for a lovely stay on this beautiful island. This ocean front studio was 100% as described, had everything you could need for the many beaches and also the other comforts you’d expect from any other hotel. The grounds of the condo are gorgeous. All the pictures are very accurate and loved spending time on the balcony. Everything was clean and we enjoyed having glasses/plates to use for our store-bought items. Five stars is really not enough to rate how fabulous this property is as well as the owners! The owners, Heather and Khaled, have thought of absolutely everything to make the most of your stay. They were extremely thorough and thoughtful, and have set a high bar for the way they treat their guests. The condo itself has a wonderful view of the ocean (exactly like the picture!)...we could hear the waves crashing as we fell asleep, and enjoyed a few beautiful sunrises. It is a spacious studio with tons of drawer space. We never felt cramped! And the cute Hawaiian decor just added to the experience! Plus it is in walking distance to many shops, fun restaurants and the beach! Can't say enough...we had a fabulous time! Mahalo! ##### Cathy W.
