« 好處 1)位置幾好， 2)附近有便利店，指示清晰， 3)單位也算新，價錢ok,。 不好 1)不過單位內看到有一隻蟑螂和兩隻蒼蠅，感覺不太良好。 2)牀太軟，梳化牀也是不佳 3)回覆比較慢， 4)每天早上7:00-7:30樓下會有搬運人拋下貨物，只有這個時間比較嘈。 其他整體尚可。 »

« Property was clean, safe and close to food and transportation. (Self) Check in/out was emailed in advance and was easy. Pictures online made the living room look bigger, but our family of three made it work. Amenities in the shower (like modes of ventilation) and clothes washer were very useful to us. »

« We loved the room and the location was excellent. When we got out of the station, the street was full of people and it felt loud and a little too busy, but as we turned down the little street to get to the room, it was quiet and calm. Being so close to the subway was awesome and the room is still quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly and having the ability to do our laundry was a big help. »

« Studio très pratique et confortable avec frigo, évier, futons confortables. Les seuls petits bémols sont qu’une seule pièce est climatisée donc on a tendance à s’enfermer dans la chambre ; et il y a très peu de rangements. Nous y sommes restés une semaine, le studio est près de plusieurs métros, la localisation est idéale et le quartier très agréable. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants, de boutique, et quelques laveries. L’hote ne parle pas anglais donc prévoyez un traducteur (numérique ou...

« Four nights stay in Shin Okubo with two grown daughters and this place and the owner screwed our expectations. As we arrived the unit, the place was spotless we had zero issues accessing thanks to Sean's meticulous communications leading up to our stay. The locations is also the selling point for this place. less than the the five min walk from Shin Okubo Yamnote line station which ch is super convenient as a base to track to any of the main attractions in Tokyo. We'll definitely stay here...
