« easy access to pool and they had vending machines selling various things. i was happy there was one machine selling feminine products which i needed it at a very last minute. place is quiet and peaceful. room needs more mirror so when getting ready easy for us to look at ourself. long mirrors or big mirror in the room itself will be helpful »

"Le personnel est très professionnel, accueillant. Les chambres et les équipements sont fonctionnels et confortables, mais l’ensemble mériterait une rénovation, car il paraît aujourd’hui daté. La plage située devant l’hôtel n’est malheureusement plus accessible en raison de l’érosion, qui a provoqué la chute de plusieurs arbres. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est très décevant et en dessous des standards attendus : certains hôtels 3 étoiles proposent une qualité nettement supérieure."

"Tout est parfait dans cette hotel et j ai l'esprit critique dhabitude de la chambre a l excellent petit dej au personnel souriant et tres agréable à la somptueuse piscine nous avons quitté le Park royal avec regrets tres bon séjour . la plage est tres belle dommage que l'on ne puisse pas se baigner gros point noir sur Penang la mer est polluée et méduses baignade dangereuse déconseillée"
