Hello Marilyn, We apologise for the heating issue that you experienced. Our staff was able to bring you a fan for your room to help with the temperature. We would of been more then happy to move you to a different room on a lower level if we had the rooms available. All of our rooms windows do open to help with air flow. Our break fast items were regulated by corporate to quick grab and go items for all guest, and we also have multiple restaurants, and convenience store open with in walking distance for purchase of more food items. Hello Daniel,Thank you for letting us know about the thermostat so it will get repaired. As for the selection of the Dish Network line up of television channels we also found it very disappointing as well. We have requested to have Fox and other news channels added with no success. When GCI no longer provided cable Dish Network was our only option. We will try to find a better option for our guests in the future.Thank you again for your time and we appreciate your business.

Hello Jason,Sorry for the poor experience at check-in. We usually have quick check-in times but obviously this person did not perform.As for the issue about dealers on property. We DO NOT tolerate these type of individuals at all! We will call JPD for assistance to remove anyone of this nature on property. We continually monitor the hotel grounds and we will be reviewing the camera footage during your stay. If what you say is true I think someone needs to be let go. I noticed that we gave you a late checkout today but you made no mention of this issue to my staff.We take pride in keeping our guests safe in a clean environment.Again, I'm sincerely sorry for your poor experience at our hotel.
