We stayed during the soft opening for 7 nights. It was around national holidays too so the hotel was at full capacity. Things I love: The hotel is clean. I love how tidy and meticulous the housekeeping service is. Staff are welcoming, helpful and respectful to all guests. Hotel location is adjacent to a shopping mall. Things needing improvement: Elevator wait time. Adding Food warmers at breakfast buffet so food doesn’t get cold, ie at egg and pancake station. Eggs arrived at the table cold.

This 5-star hotel, which shows in every detail (from the grand lobby to the hallways), is absolutely beautiful and clean. What made our stay even better was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, from the Front Desk to the bellboys, every single one of them always has a nice smile on their face and made us feel welcome. Kudos to Ms. Abrita for accommodating our needs to the very end of our stay. The room and bathroom are amazing and there are so many options available for breakfast....

The food was great and had a wide variety (Indonesian, Western, and Japanese). The staff worker, Chelsia, was a huge help and also made our dinning experience much better. She was very kind and patient as she explained the food options and helped with any concerns with the food. Chelsia was also willing to make accomodations with the chef especially since one of our family members had a serious nut allergy. Other staff were very helpful as well. In summary, our dinning experience was a 5/5.

I stayed here for a week and loved so many things about the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient. It is a half hour taxi ride from airport, connected to two major malls (with vast shopping and eating choices), and a short cab ride away to Central and waterfront. The staff and concierage were incredibly helpful and pleasant. Everyone addresses you with a smile and asks if they can help you in some way.
