"Do not arrive before 3pm, you will be told to come back later. Think receptionist was having a bad weekend our stay… but rest of staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just ok, bagels, toast, coffee was a bit slow to be refreshed and hot plate was not hot… this was noticed on our 2nd day when “hot food” was to be microwaved. Laundry facilities were ok, standard US top loader and dryer. Finding it was a bit of a task, for reference it’s on the ground floor of building 3 by the gym and outdoor pool. $1 for wash and same for dry, but you need 25c… and reception may/may not have change. Location is good, easy to get about and recommend the Madison Brewery along the road for food and a choice of beers. Room was clean and large with coffee machine, fridge & microwave. Room only serviced if requested, fine as we were only staying 2 nights."

"Breakfast was good. It was very pricey for such a town as Greenfield where I grew up. The shower/bathroom needs venting but it's probably structurally impossible"

"This place is a gem. I love and like the proximity to the train station, Brattleboro Food Coop, River Art School and Brattleboro Museum and Art Center, I visited twice: first with my teen son and husband, and the second by myself, and both times were great. There are signs of the passing of time in this lovely Art Deco structure, and that adds to its beauty, Super courteous staff The first time we watched a movie, so if you stay at the hotel, please treat yourself to that or some of their baskets. I missed eating at their restaurant, so I guess next time. My husband loved that there was always coffee for him, and my son loved our mini fridge and microwave. We love the history of this place and how is part of the larger arts and culture scene of Brattleboro"

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Wilmington. The room was as pictured, basic, but cozy and clean. Convenient location close to shops and restaurants. Seamless virtual check in. Great place to stay at this price point."

"What I like is the room was well stocked, very clean and the staff is very helpful. What I did not like is the parking is very inconvenient and is quite a walk which is never fun in bad weather. They need more luggage carts. It looked like they have about 5 or 6 for about a 200 room hotel. There was only one place on the property to get breakfast in the morning. There is a stove and refrigerator in the room. I had no idea before hand those would be available!"
