« This was our third stay at one of Evan’s properties. Every time has been a great experience. We love how close the home is to Ithaca College and much prefer the area than staying in the commons. Beautiful property and nice area to walk the dogs. Our college daughter loves we can bring a bit of home when we visit her by staying there… can bring the dogs, make home cooked meals or get carry out, watch movies together, etc. Home is well stocked and clean. « We would give this 10 stars if possible. Cannot say enough good things about this place. There is nowhere like this, if you are looking at this listing and it is available, book it now. We can't wait to check it out in every season. Winter was especially wonderful for the hot tub. We were fortunate to get a clear night and had a beautiful view of the stars. Christina is a wonderful host who has gone above and beyond to make a very special getaway. »
