Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. \- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Fireplaces are not for guest use. \- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. Plenty of space to gather, & plenty of space to retreat for some quiet time. The pool was enjoyed by everyone & path to the beach just steps from the backyard gate. We were there with our 6 kids ages 11-25 and everyone loved it. There is an elevator (I did not use but my kids brought up a load of groceries). This was our 2nd year to spend our family vacation at this house. We love its quiet location at the end of the island near Sullivan's Island. Easy beach access and no crowds. This house was perfect, easily accommodated seniors with canes and young boys. Loved the short walk to the beach and the beautiful view from the deck. When we arrived Bill our Host immediately reached out to welcome us and checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, truly enjoyed cooking in this gourmet kitchen. The home was glistening clean, it's bright, all the rooms are spacious and airy.
