« Fitness center was a joke with only a recumbent bike and elliptical, with nothing to clean any of the machines. Beds were uncomfortable, coffee shop didn’t open until 7am, one of the restaurants was closed the entire time we were there, but it was a place to sleep. »

« I wanted to extend my stay but the price went up by more than double, I asked if they matched hotels in the area and they said no. I checked out and gave their competition my money for another 5 nights! The breakfast was the same thing for my 3 night stay so nothing great. French toast sticks were so hard you couldnt bite into them. I own a business and if someone wanted competitor pricing I would give it to them as I do not want to lose them as a customer! »

À l'intérieur de l'hôtel, il y avait une senteur de fumée de cigarette et d'humilité dans la chambre. Un des deux employés n'était pas accueillant. »

« Shower head leaked, carpeting was filthy and laundry was piled up in the dining area, so I checked out a day early and since I booked thru you the second day of the stay is non refundable not doing this again. »

« There were dirty clothes left in the bathroom along with black mold in the corner of the tub. One of the 2 beds we couldn't sleep in. The sheets were firmly when we turned the sheets down. The towel by the sink had hair in it. The pool was drained and closed maintenance. I will never stay here again »

« It was a great place to stay, warm, historic and unique. Very walkable to the river. »

« Room was clean nice to have the option of the stove fridge and dishwasher. Restaurant was not good at all. Staff were very helpful. »

« We found ants everywhere, including in the beds. The price of the hotel was alot more expensive than most places. We had a room with 3 beds and that was nice. »
