This 3-bedroom, 2 bath home offers everything you need to enjoy all the Central UP has to offer. The house is located near the heritage trail and is close to other bike and snowmobile trails. The house also has an oversized two car garage where you can store your bikes or snowmobiles. We are a few blocks from downtown Ishpeming, and just a 20-minute drive to Marquette. You will also find an extra-large living room with plenty of seating and a pull out sofa for extra sleeping room, a nice sized dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private back yard. Carpet in a kitchen: not a fan. Front room was the best. Lots of space for guests. Both bathrooms were fine, although the first floor shower was very dated.Kitchen needed a full-sized ladle and more large soup spoons for eating. Knives were pretty weak. Difficult to operate the stove and oven with the microwave so low. Very nice fridge. I would've like the option of clean folding chairs to add to the dining table to squeeze in our guests for dinner. A bottle of hand soap in kitchen would be nice, too.Really need a queen in both bedrooms. Full-size bed was just too small.Very reasonably priced for the weekend of October 3-5 (color season) compared to the other rentals which were all over 300 per night. ##### Eric N. The house was clean and comfortable, perfect to come back to after fishing and our outdoor excursions! It had all the basics and the garage was definitely an added benefit! The only thing is we didn’t realize that one of the bedrooms was small and within the other bedroom, which took some adjusting for my daughter and son. Also, it was quite dark in there and didn’t have any outlets that we could find to even use a nightlight.
